Alyssa is a Christian mom of 3. She works in digital marketing and is attending school for a graduate degree in Theology. When she is not working, going to school, or taking care of her children, She enjoys singing off key and making a really poor attempt at learning the guitar. She is a self-taught seamstress and she loves to sew and create beautiful pieces from scratch.
Alyssa has always been into fashion, but 5 years ago she saw that there were a lack of clothing options in her size. She began creating her own clothes and arranging her clothes in a way that fit her particular body type. Changing up her wardrobe not only helped her outside appearance, but it helped her learn to be comfortable in her own skin. To find beauty in the way God created her.
Her sole purpose in creating this blog is to encourage women to love themselves as they are, regardless of what that looks like. If we all meant to look alike then wouldn’t God have made us the same? He made us different for a reason, and yet each and every one of us is made in his image. Learn to love the girl who looks at you in the mirror because the creator of the universe took so much time crafting you just the way you are.
